Job Description: Registered Nurse

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare client in Saudi Arabia . As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and ensure the health and safety of patients in a variety of clinical settings. You will play a vital role in monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and offering emotional support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing assessments.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventative care.
  • Assist in diagnostic testing and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain up-to-date patient records.
  • Monitor patient progress, report changes in condition, and take appropriate action when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Respond to medical emergencies promptly and provide first aid or advanced care as required.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families, helping them cope with medical conditions and treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN).
  • Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in [insert country or region].
  • Proven experience as a Registered Nurse, with expertise in [specific area if applicable, e.g., general care, ICU, pediatrics, etc.].
  • Strong knowledge of medical procedures, medications, and patient care protocols.
